AHMAYZING today, i'm so freakin happy! I realized somethings today.. first of all the only way I can have a "good" day is to skip a meal atleast. I skipped lunch today, and I lost my whole appitete. This way, I know that I can fast for atleast a good amount of days. Also, that the first of months are sooo motiviational to me, I kinda just made this goal. To get into 2010 with a new low... which is 112.. which is 7 pounds away. So Close..
Track yesterday killed me. And afterwards I had to walk to the library which is like a mile or half away. So I'm sore.. but while walking there, it started to POUR rain! So I'm now sick, as well.
I have to go, so update on my plans for this month tmw :)

I'm going to try a Vegetarian Diet. Like i'll be vegetarian for about 2 weeks, and see how long I can last with it. If it works out well, i'm going to try to be Vegan for a week. Hopefully it will be good. ![z144491344[1]](http://x0d.xanga.com/fadc831758d32205543656/z159790716.jpg)
I'm going to start posting my weight as soon as my period is over. I'm scared cause I'm usually in the 116-118's but once I hit 120, I'll cry. I had a LONGEST platue at 120, and once I got even a ounce down, it went back up. I want to be 113 so bad (my lowest) and work on getting lower.
So I have alot to do today.... putting off doing things till the last minute means doing it the last minute which means... today. Well thats about it I can post for now since my parents will be home soon and I need to get off there laptop! So update later :)

| So I don't know what happened. Really don't. I didn't mean to stop Xanga. I keep leaving and coming back. Truth is I'm always still here, looking at your blogs and being supportive and commenting on your thinspos and such, I just don't update.
So lemme update you guys...

So I want to get back to 113 SO BAD. It was amazing at the weight. I felt soo skinny, but for some reason, when I reach that weight something happens. I need to change my ways and go back to that weight. So heres my day by day eating wise: 7:00- Chicken w/ Jelly biscut [300] - I think breakfast is very important...ps. its very small since its school breakfast 10:45- Poptart [400] - thats how much for 2, but I always share with my friend so it could be less 12:20- Lunch [Varies] 8:00- Dinner[Varies]- Usually forced
OKay so thats basically my day by day. Heres my exercise rotinue: Monday: Track [-500 to -800] We run on this day, and I usually end up sweating up waterfalls. Then I walk to library which is like another mile or atleast a half. Tuesday: Track [-500 to -800] We run on this day, but no walking anywhere. Thrusday: Track [-300 to -500] We do upper and lower body strengthening on this day.
Honestly I need more. Some other facts you should probably know is that I struggle with bulimia, but I recently found out that bulimia doesn't help ALL that much with losing weight. So I'm going to try not to binge and purge all the time, which recently has been slowing down. So heres my new plan for eating: 7:00- Chicken w/Jelly biscut [300] 10:45- Poptart [200]- Im going to try to only eat about one poptart which I already do, but make sure not to eat more. If my snack buddy isn't here, I'm going to give it to my other friends.. which they are always hungry. 12:20- [200]- Theres this salad that my school has and I'm going to get that, but I don't know if its part of my lunch which is free, or if is extra. If its extra, then I'm going to by lunch for my friend who doesn't have free lunch. If we go off for lunch, I'm going to not eat that day, or eat no more then a little. 8:00- Try to skip, but if forced, I won't eat more then bread and lunch meat. Or just jelly on it.
Exercise wise: Monday: Track [-500-800] Tuesday: Track [-500-800] Wednesday: Ab workouts [-200-300] Thrusday: Track [-300-500] Friday: N/A Saturday: Treadmill for 2 hours [-800] Sunday: Ab workouts and Arm Workouts[-300-400]
